Shipping policy

Where we ship. Canada and the United States.

Rates. Standard shipping is $12 CAD, free on orders of $75 CAD or more. Express (Canada only) is $20 CAD. eBooks have no shipping; your download link arrives by email right after checkout.

When will it arrive? Everything is printed to order. Books are printed in about 3–5 business days, apparel, mugs and accessories in about 2–7 business days, and signed copies are signed and shipped by Nikki, usually within 5 business days. Delivery then takes about 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders with more than one item. Books and merch are made by different print partners, so a mixed order may arrive in more than one parcel. You're only charged shipping once.

Duties and taxes. Orders shipping to the United States may be subject to import duties or fees charged by the carrier on delivery. These aren't included in our prices.
